Colabmo development course A-P02

Learning objective: Evaluate reasoning quality and identify the next practice needed.

Use the separate native knowledge check as an individual formative assessment. Then evaluate the capstone on the quality of its evidence and reasoning. A high quiz score cannot compensate for an unsupported redesign or a missing control.

The course completion proposal is: attempt all ten knowledge questions and reach at least 8/10 after feedback; complete all core exercise outputs; score at least 12/16 on the capstone with no zero in any dimension; and submit an individual reflection. Reattempts focus on the missed reasoning, using a changed example. These are Colabmo course assessment criteria, not an external professional certification.

DimensionWhat strong work demonstrates
Outcome and scopeClear customer outcome, boundary, measures and decision authority.
EvidenceClaims typed, sources scoped, material unknowns and counterexamples exposed.
FunctionsNecessary functions separated from current mechanisms, with dependencies.
PrinciplesExplicit premises, sound inference, appropriate scope and exceptions.
AlternativesDistinct mechanisms with traceability and realistic exception handling.
ComparisonMandatory conditions screened, tradeoffs and uncertainty visible.
Test designFalsifiable hypothesis, comparison, guardrails, limits and decision rule.
Learning and facilitationResponse to new evidence, balanced challenge and clear next action.

Score each dimension 0 for missing or materially unsound, 1 for present but incomplete, or 2 for clear and defensible. Any proposal that bypasses the case’s permission or authorization conditions must be revised before completion, regardless of the total. The facilitator guide gives scoring anchors and a model response.

Before applying the method to real work, choose a bounded problem with an accountable owner and access to evidence. Arrange a peer or coach to review your reasoning. Track the hypothesis, observed result and change in belief separately from the implementation task.

Distinguish three outcomes: learning the method, transferring it into practice, and achieving a business result. The quiz and capstone assess the first. A reviewed real-work decision packet helps assess the second. Appropriate before-and-after or comparative evidence is needed for the third.

The 8/10 target is a learning-review threshold. CERP quiz completion follows the native question workflow; review and correct missed answers as requested by the platform. Platform completion alone does not replace the capstone, worksheets or facilitator review.

Practice

Use W11 to record your score, feedback and a targeted revision. Write a short individual explanation: “I previously assumed …; the evidence or challenge was …; I now propose …; I still need to learn …”.

Check your reasoning

Does passing this course demonstrate a history of delivering FPT workshops?

Worked response

No. Course completion documents learning assessed in this course. Prior delivery experience and client outcomes require their own authentic evidence.
