Lead technical support and escalations for a distributed digital-signage network, including high-value locations and complex network-wide issues. Support Sedna, TeamViewer, Apple/macOS signage players, content deployment, access procedures and system health. Candidates must be based in the United States and bring experience with digital signage, remote support, networking or AV systems.

Support a distributed digital-signage network through day-to-day monitoring, documentation, content scheduling support and routine troubleshooting. Experience with TeamViewer or similar remote-support tools, Apple/macOS, Windows or Linux, media players and basic networking is relevant. Candidates must be based in the United States and available during agreed support windows.

Southern California — San Diego and Los Angeles areas | 1099 independent contractor

Perform QMS pre-audits that combine a remote document review with an onsite client audit. Evaluate quality systems against ISO 9001:2015 and related standards, prepare actionable findings and support audit readiness and continual improvement.

Regional travel is required. U.S. citizenship is required. This is an intermittent contract engagement, not a full-time position; onsite audit days begin at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays.
