Colabmo is seeking two U.S.-based Digital Signage Systems Support Contractors to support a client with a distributed network of public-facing digital advertising displays in high-visibility commercial and urban locations.

The work involves remote monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and support for signage players, content deployment, access control, licenses, and system health. The environment may include Sedna, TeamViewer, Apple/macOS-based players, media players, AV systems, networking, and commercial displays.

Two roles are available: one senior-level support and escalation lead for high-value signage locations and network-wide issues, and one operations support contractor focused on day-to-day monitoring, documentation, routine troubleshooting, and issue escalation.

Candidates should have strong technical support skills, reliable communication, attention to detail, and comfort working independently as a 1099 contractor. Experience with Sedna, TeamViewer, Apple/macOS, DOOH advertising, AV systems, med players, networking, or distributed signage systems is preferred.
